MEAL CODE On One-Day Motorcoach Tours, due to the length of travel, meal stops at passenger's expense may be made
(wherever advisable). Because service, prices and quality of food are beyond the control of Trans-Bridge Tours, choice of such
stops is frequently dictated by circumstances. Passengers are advised to exercise patience and understanding if such stops fail

under tour description and always includes tax and gratuity. BAGGAGE HANDLING Baggage handling is always provided. Each passenger is permitted to bring one large piece of luggage for storage in the luggage compartment of the motorcoach. A small overnight bag is also permissible, if carried by the passenger(s) at all times and stored in the overhead compartment or under the seat in front of you. Baggage tags are provided for under the coach baggage so that your luggage can be handled in the most efficient manner, and also to locate any pieces of luggage which may be overlooked at any point during a tour. Although every effort is made to handle passenger's luggage as carefully as possible, we cannot be responsible, assume liability or accept claims for loss or damage due to breakage, theft or fair wear and tear though hotel and group carrier handling. It is important for your own self-interest to make certain you have adequate insurance to cover these eventualities. Check with your reservationist for low cost insurance to cover all risks. GRATUITIES Your tour includes all necessary gratuities to bellman, doorman and dining room gratuities for meals included in the tour itinerary. These gratuities are based on the customary 15% of total expense. The fact that hotel and restaurant personnel are assured of their gratuities in advance, works to your advantage. If personnel whose gratuities have been prepaid provide exceptional service to you or perform extra duties beyond their responsibility, feel free to add whatever gratuity you think is suitable. TOUR DIRECTOR & DRIVER GRATUITIES Gratuities to tour directors and drivers, etc. although customary, are not a necessary tour expense. They are merely a way of showing a person's appreciation for the service, attentiveness and attitude of staff. If you wish, such appreciation should be extended individually, rather than as a group. On multi-day tours, for your convenience, there will be an envelope in your tour package. Our company policy is against soliciting gratuities. If you encounter this, we suggest you offer no gratuity.
